But my list isn't always realistic, I forget to include key things in my schedule, and sometimes when there's a setback I'm discouraged and ready to throw in the towel. Rebecca helps me to clarify the list, asks me key questions to help me untangle my schedule, offers strategies I hadn't considered for getting the work done, and reminds me of the progress I'm making. By the time I leave, I always feel encouraged, empowered, and more prepared with a realistic plan to tackle my goals.
